After extensive years, RGE was established in 1977 as a private entity with emphases on consumer electronics and nuclear instrumentation repairs, providing a variety of services, including custom made products. Today with its main objective in quantum physics theorem development, it has the ability to release the basic principles of the RGE QUANTUM THEOREM which is addressing planet Gravitation and Electromagnetic Substance. RGE-SYS SOFTWARE is a 32bit program which enables some older DOS programs to print to windows system printers (with full color bitmap overlay) and show text previews of reports using the PC default internet browser. We added functions to play wave files, display bitmap pictures in correct aspect ratio on any screen as well as bulk email sending in version 2.

TIME SIGNAL SOFTWARE includes speech applications to provide verbal time signals for national phone-in time. Utilising simple network time protocol (SNTP), RGE software connects using the user datagram protocol (UDP) to communicate to Stratum 1 (atomic reference) or Stratum 2 time servers. It obtains the universal coordinate time reference and convert that to the appropriate national time signal. Such time signals announces day names, dates, time and holiday names of the particalar country, automatically sets winter or summer time. Newer developments will include weather information.
